Medical University of Vienna
The Medical University of Vienna (MedUni Wien), founded in 2004 as a university on its own, is one of Europe’s well-established medical training and research institutions with a rich tradition. The former Medical School of the University of Vienna was a founding member of the Alma Mater Rudolphina in 1365. Today it is the largest medical training institute in the German-speaking area with over 7,500 students. With its 27 university hospitals, three clinical institutes, 12 theoretical medicine centres and numerous highly specialised laboratories, it is one of the cutting-edge research institutes of Europe in the area of biomedicine.
The conference will take place in the auditorium center (Hörsaalzentrum) of the MedUni Wien, located on the 7th and 8th floors of the Vienna general hospital building. It can be reached from the main entrances by following the signs to "Hörsaalzentrum 7L" within the building.
